Another Update

It was quick, so I added in the number of comments next to the links to previous posts. Also increased the number of links to 7 each.
Is it obvious what the numbers stand for? Or should I explicitly state “(2 comments)” or “(comments: 2)”?

I think it’s okay to just have numbers in the parentheses. It’ll be obvious quickly enough, after someone clicks on an archive link for the first time. Besides, it looks too repetitive and text-y to have the word ‘comments’ all the time.

Also, Qsk ::chuckle:: would it hurt to have each side’s text-area slightly wider? There’s just too much scrolling to do (particularly on a laptop screen) with the uncommonly narrow column width (uncommon relative to other weblogs, that is). Good case in point is X’s latest update.

Sorry about being such a fastidious nag, but how come when I click on a category, the resulting list/text is all on the right side? (That makes me think it’s all updates by Xero.)

Because I haven’t fixed it yet =)
The width of the page is as wide as I can get it without incurring horizontal scrollbars for 800×600 users (which includes me). I could have a styleswitcher to bump up page width, but all progress is at the mercy of my other commitments.
