Hey Quad…You probably know this already, but there’s another Jonathan Liu at Berkeley EECS. ::chuckle:: Have you met the guy or otherwise run into him?
Yeah, he’s an HKN candidate this semester. I met him at the HKN general meeting a few weeks ago. He’s a freshman with junior standing. There’s another HKN candidate who’s also a freshman, but with senior standing. It’s crazy.
I remember when the candidate list was first put up. Jay, who has been complaining for awhile that he should be allowed into HKN because of his coursework, said, “How come I’m not on the candidate list?” I responded, “You’re not cool enough. See, I’m so cool, I get to join twice.”
Note: the candidate list is handed to HKN by the department. Eligibility is based on GPA. HKN has no control over who is a candidate and who is not.

Just wondering, but is the name of this weblog “Duality” just because it’s a two-person log? Or is there some geeky reference to Fourier transform relationships in there? Or am I looking too hard? :P

i always thought it was just because it’s a two-person log… x_x gaahhh fourier transform.. noo.. i’m over with that. i’m not doing anymore of that in my life. -_- no analog circuits for me.
in another note, seeing you having so much fun tweaking around stuff in your script for your log, it makes me want to install (or write an entirely new) a script for my log too and move it there.. i wonder when i’ll have time for this project.
