What’s burning?

We accidently shorted the output of our boost converter to ground. Consequently, the chip fried and one of the wires on our PCB burned off. Hopefully, nothing else was damaged.

    Was this something that happened at home? Or at school? And what’s a PCB? *cries*…im so confused!!

    At the 192 lab (204B Cory Hall). Wasn’t spectacular at all. Unlike the time when fire came out of one of the caps at the research center…

    PCB = Printed Circuit Board.
